During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in the field of transport and logistics were discussed, in particular, the issue of intensifying negotiations on the use of Iranian seaports and the port of Chabahar.
The Iranian side noted the determination of the country's leadership to develop trade and economic cooperation with the countries of Central Asia, and emphasized that Iran attaches great importance to strengthening transport and transit ties with them.
The Deputy Minister informed about the possibility of using the potential of the port of Chabahar, which is considered one of the most important transport and logistics hubs in the region, as well as the construction or acquisition of a warehouse and various terminals on the territory of the port.
