Iranian Business Mission to Visit Uzbekistan

During a visit to the Iranian province of Mazandaran, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan Fariddin Nasriev held a meeting and business forum with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture Ali Takipur and major entrepreneurs of the province

During the meeting, issues of increasing the volume of mutual trade and attracting investments between Uzbekistan and Iran were discussed.

Ali Takipour expressed gratitude for the opportunities and benefits created by the President of Uzbekistan for entrepreneurs, in particular, the extension of the terms of zero customs duties on certain types of goods.

Representatives of the business community of Mazandaran expressed their readiness to establish cooperation with Uzbekistan in the field of agricultural technologies, in particular in the cultivation of rice and citrus fruits, preparing them for export and exchanging experience.

Following the negotiations, it was agreed to organize a visit to our country from January 15 to 19 by a business delegation headed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture of Mazandaran Ali Tagipour and leading entrepreneurs of the province.
